Tankless Water Heaters

Enjoy an Unlimited Supply of Hot Water!      Save Money and Save Water!

We no longer offer this Elite gas tankless
water heater.

We recommend the Steibel Eltron line of Electric Tankless water heaters or the Paloma line of Gas Tankless water heaters.

ThermElite-WorkMan with Hydro Spark Ignition

Natural Gas or Liquid Propane

Why pay to heat 24 hours of "stand by" hot water when the average family of four typically only uses 1-1/2 hours of water daily?

ThermElite Workman with Hydro Spark Ignition

Product ID: ELT-TE125H

ThermElite Tankless Gas Water Heaters can save up to as much as 50% on energy use.

  • Nearly 200 gallons of hot water per hour with a 60°F temperature rise, enough hot water to fulfill the needs and expectations of smaller households and cottages.

  • 3.2 gallons per minute with 60°F temperature rise.

Looking for a Battery Spark Ignition?

Simply open any hot water tap and the water flow is detected.  In turn, the hydro-generator turbine begins spinning and creates an electric spark which then fires the stainless steel burner of the unit, which heats the water up to a maximum of 90°F.

Plumbing

  • Up to three units can be plumbed in parallel for even larger hot water applications such as restaurants and car washes.

  • Available pre-plumbed for either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, all models can be converted, by a Licensed Plumber only, with the use of our NG-to-LP or LP-to-NG Fuel Conversion Kits.

  • Can be plumbed with existing 1/2-ich or 3/4-inch water and gas lines. Comes plumbed for 3/4-inch connections but can operate with 1/2-inch water connection without diminishing performance.

  • Never stores hot water, a cause for leaks and rust build-up and warm standing water is an ideal environment for bacterial growth.

Venting

  • May be Horizontally Vented - up to 3-feet only from the outside vent exit. No need to go through roof if located near an exterior wall.
Save Energy!
  • Uses energy on when hot water is turned on. (Pilot Light Model TE80P uses slight energy for pilot standby.)

  •  21st Century technology allows these heaters to produce up to 4.25 gallons per minute on 45°F temperature rise while only burning 117,000 BTUs or energy.

  • Favorably compares to the hourly production capacity of a 75-gallon tank-type water heater which requires about 20 to 25 minutes of "recovery" time to reheat standing water.

  • No need to constantly heat water as in a tank-type water heater, eliminating standby heat loss which can be as much as 4% per hour.

Save Space

  • The TE125 Series measure a modest 29" in height, 18" width and 9" depth. Weighing only 42 to 44 pounds, they easily hang on the wall. No special preparation of the wall is necessary.

Save Money

  • These units typically last 25 to 30 years so savings extend to the cost and installation of 2 or 3 tank-type heaters over that period of time.
  • The savings on gas bills alone can repay the purchase cost of the ThermElite Tankless Gas Water Heater in 3 - 4 years.

Environmentally Friendly

  • Efficiency rating of 82%, Energy Factor of 80%

Quality

  • Solid brass and copper water parts, stainless steel burner.  The soft copper heat exchanger is coated with a zinc paint to prevent incidental corrosion for "casual" gas exposure.
